Amithlon Multi-boot Tutorial

If you don't have access to an older version of Windows that enables you to create a bootable partition you won't be able to complete our Amithlon Multi-boot tutorial. To overcome this you can use FreeDOS which is an open source implementation of MS-DOS. FreeDOS comes with an installer that will make a bootable partition on to which you can then copy the Amithlon boot files as per the tutorial.

Download FreeDOS from http://www.freedos.org.

Like older versions of MS-DOS, FreeDOS limits file names to eight characters and a three character extension. This means you will need to rename the file "new_emubox.gz" to something shorted and then edit the reference to it in the "small" configuration file.

Thanks to Justin Webb for his help in discovering the above solution.
